Healdsburg Reception

Bay Area Studio Artists unveiled Robin: A Spark in the Dark at the Healdsburg Center for the Arts reception on Saturday evening.

We received quite a few questions about our process of working together and how we came up with the idea.  I feel like the painting was very well received by the other artists and public who were in attendance.

The title of the show is Pairings which included pieces of art that were collaborated on by two or more artists.  Ours was unusual as it was created by seven artists!

Here is our ringleader Marcy Wheeler who was posing for me when I told her that her dress matched the bench beautifully!

Supportive spouses were there in their festive Hawaiian shirts!
